Veja abaixo uma explica\u00e7\u00e3o detalhada sobre cada processo<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>-&gt; Recozimento total ou pleno:<\/strong> consiste em aquecer o a\u00e7o acima da zona cr\u00edtica, durante o tempo necess\u00e1rio e suficiente para se ter solu\u00e7\u00e3o do carbono ou dos elementos de liga no ferro gama, seguido de um resfriamento muito lento, seja mediante o controle da velocidade de resfriamento do forno ou desligando-se o mesmo e deixando que o a\u00e7o resfrie ao mesmo tempo que este. Nestas condi\u00e7\u00f5es obt\u00e9m-se perlita grosseira que \u00e9 a estrutura ideal para melhorar a usinabilidade dos a\u00e7os de baixo e m\u00e9dio carbono.<\/p>\n<p><strong>-&gt; Recozimento Isot\u00e9rmico ou c\u00edclico<\/strong>: consiste no aquecimento do a\u00e7o nas mesmas condi\u00e7\u00f5es que o recozimento total, seguido de um resfriamento r\u00e1pido at\u00e9 uma temperatura situada dentro da por\u00e7\u00e3o superior do diagrama de transforma\u00e7\u00e3o isot\u00e9rmico, onde o material \u00e9 mantido durante o tempo necess\u00e1rio a se produzir a transforma\u00e7\u00e3o completa. Em seguida, o resfriamento at\u00e9 a temperatura ambiente pode ser com maior velocidade e a estrutura final resultante \u00e9 mais uniforme que no caso do recozimento pleno.<\/p>\n<p><strong>-&gt; Coalescimento ou esferoidiza\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/strong> \u00e9 um processo de recozimento que visa \u00e0 obter uma forma globular ou esferoidal de carboneto no a\u00e7o e com valores de dureza muito baixos para utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o em pe\u00e7as que necessitam de deforma\u00e7\u00e3o pl\u00e1stica.
